SNKR VLT does not store complete payment card numbers on its own systems; card details are handled by our payment processor.

Seller payout information. If you sell through the marketplace, our payment processor collects the information needed to verify your identity and pay you, such as your legal name, date of birth, address, tax identification information, and bank account details. This information is provided directly to and held by the payment processor; SNKR VLT does not store your bank account or tax identification numbers and receives only the information needed to show your payout status.

Photographs are an important part of the Services. We may collect and store photographs of:

Payment processors. Payment information is shared with our payment processor to process purchases, memberships, recurring payments, refunds, and seller payouts. Sellers' identity and bank details for payouts are collected and held by the payment processor (see Section 1).

Shipping providers. We provide information such as name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and package details to shipping providers such as UPS or other carriers in order to deliver items.

Technology providers. We share information with companies that provide website hosting, cloud storage, database services, email delivery, security, and authentication services.

Authentication or service providers. Where appropriate, information about an item may be shared with third-party authentication or service providers to facilitate requested Services.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law; respond to subpoenas, warrants, court orders, or legal process; protect our rights and our users; investigate fraud; prevent illegal activity; or respond to governmental requests.

When you buy or sell through the marketplace, we share only the information reasonably necessary to complete the transaction:

• Vault-held items. When SNKR VLT holds an item, we ship it to the buyer ourselves. Sellers do not receive the buyer's name or address, and buyers do not receive the seller's personal information.
• Owner-held items. When the seller keeps the item and ships it directly, we provide the seller with a shipping label. That label shows the buyer's name and shipping address so the package can be delivered, and the package may show the seller's return address. Buyers and sellers must use this information only to complete the order.

We may also share information as needed to process a return, resolve a dispute, or communicate about an order. SNKR VLT will not intentionally disclose unnecessary personal information.

Information in a marketplace listing may be visible to other website visitors, including item photographs, brand, model, size, condition, asking price, and general item information. SNKR VLT decides which account information is publicly displayed, and we do not display a seller's name or contact details on listings. Please do not include personal information in listing descriptions.

SNKR VLT uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, which may include access controls, authentication procedures, encryption where appropriate, secure payment processing, monitoring, and restricted employee or contractor access. No electronic system or method of transmitting information over the Internet is completely secure, so SNKR VLT cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, maintain collection and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our legal rights. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to:
